I've been going to Sheryl's School of Dance for a long time. If it weren't for them, I would NOT be the dancer I am today! The staff members work with you one-on-one; teaching you things many places don't have to offer. I never get tired of dancing-especially at Sheryl's. They are such a big part of my life and I recommend the studio to every dancer in the Detroit area!

I danced at Sheryl's for over 10 years and only quit because I got married and moved out of state with my husband. Some of the best years of my life were spent dancing at Sheryl's. I really miss the friendships I made and the feeling that I was part of their family. I spent many wonderful trips competing in my dance lines, including my favorite trip to Hawaii. I have attended many other dance recitals (as a spectator) in my day since I myself danced and none of them compare to the dancers made at Sheryl's School of Dance. Sheryl's is the best studio in the Detroit area and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I miss you and I love you Sheryl!!!! Thank you for many wonderful years!!

I had only danced at this studio for a year, but they made me feel comfortable and welcomed me into their studio. The teachers are amazing and teach you step by step. Always helping

they are one of the best in Michigan and the have most successful alumni. from nicole blayszk,fred diaz,brittany ward, and elizabeth berkley to name a few. they are well organized and have the most amazing teachers!

Sheryl's has a dedicated team of teachers that know their subject. Their dancers have won national competitions for many years, and this year one of their former dancers became Miss Michigan

Sheryl's School of Dance is extremely dedicated to their dancers. They teach students that hard work and dedication are what builds success. They have incredible teachers who specialize in hip hop, jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical and modern dance. A great thing about Sheryl's is that it's a family run business that cares about their students. Also, their competitive team is definitely a force to be reckoned with. This year Sheryl's won the overall best performance at their national. As a former student from this studio i can say that Sheryl's has truly shaped who i am today. The years of hard work, laughter and support will always be cherished. To make it short SSD teaches dance passionately and have made so many others, including myself, passionate for over 50 years. Go SSD!

Sheryl's School of Dance has been around for decades and has the nicest, most dedicated teachers you could ever find. The staff and students are extremely talented in all forms of dance.

I danced at Sheryl's since I was about two and became very close with the dance teachers. Julie Hughes taught two girls that have made Miss. Michigan (Modona and Nicole). That studio was like my second home!

She taught me invaluable life lessons that I carry through in my career and life today. I made lifelong friends with my fellow dancers and have amazing childhood memories.

Along with being one of the most well known dance studios in the area, it has unbeatable prestige about it. The studio and its dancers have earned an amazing amount of awards over the studios 50 yrs. it has been around. I am proud to say that I attended this beautiful dance facility for over half of my life(21yrs.). I would not be the person I am today without the guidance I had from Sheryl Sulek. Thank you for those great years of my life.

I have danced there for 5 years now and there really is not a better studio out there. Everyone is like family and treated with respect, unlike many other studios. Along with the love comes the professional training, which does not get any better, all students get real life experiences and get to experience chorographers from all over the united states.

Sheryl's offers more than just dance training. Many life lessons, good memories, and lifelong friends are gained the moment that you walk through the doors of the studio. Not to mention the countless years of both Regional and National competitive winners. Congrats to all the girls on their latest victory at the Toledo National this summer. Amazing job!!!! Also, Sheryl's has been in business for 50 years this year (Happy anniversary!) and is family owned. I had the opportunity to dance at Sheryl's School of Dance from the age of 12 years old until I was 25 years. Sheryl was truly one of the best choreographers there is. She has amazing talent, a wonderful gift & every performance she put on continued to WOW and amaze the audience. You always saw Sheryl and her staff attending conventions and her students got wonderful opportunities to travel all over the states and international studying and growing each student as much as they possibly could. Sheryl and her family are not only amazing instructors, they are an inspiration to many. I am so glad that I was a part of Sheryl's School of Dance for as many years as I was. As much as I hate to admit my age, I am now nearing 40 years old and I often catch myself just re-living old memories in my mind and smiling about my amazing opportunities and experiences I had growing up at Sheryl's School of Dance. Sheryl, Ms. Hahn, Julie & Jackie left an impact on my life & I will always be thankful for that.
